Unico Hotel Riviera Maya Adults Only is a luxury adult-only resort facing Kantenah Beach, in the Riviera Maya. The property has three outdoor pools surrounded by cabañas and sun loungers, a Spa with a plunge pool, a steam room and sauna, and a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment and trainers. The hotel also has five restaurants and bars that serve Mexican, Asian, international, and Italian cuisine; a coffee shop; and three bars, two of them near the pools. Facilities include a beauty salon, an art boutique with handcrafted pieces, and conference facilities with an area of more than 1,000 square meters (10,764 sq ft).

The 448 guest rooms are decorated in light shades, wooden details, and custom designed furniture. Each accommodation is fitted with a 55-inch Smart TV, a customized minibar, a sitting area, balcony with garden or ocean view, high-speed WiFi, and a private bathroom with rain shower, hand-held shower, and bath amenities customizable at check-in. Some rooms offer private access to a shared pool, while others are fitted with a double whirlpool tub. The resort is located on Federal Highway 307 km 260, 19 kilometers (11.8 mi) from Xel-Há, a park with a crystal-clear water inlet and biking trails. The Archaeological Site of Tulum is 32 kilometers (20 mi) away and Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 87 kilometers (54 mi) from the hotel.
