Situated in Redditch it is 10 minutes from the M42 and 30 from Birmingham. It is perfectly positioned for visitors wishing to explore such attractions as Stratford-upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, Warwick Castle and the Birmingham NEC.From the M42, take Junction3, then follow the A435 signposted for Redditch. Stay on this road, the A435 until you reach the first roundabout at Mappleborough Green. Turn right, go straight over the next island and turn left at the next into Icknield Street Drive. Take the first left into Ipsley Lane and they are on the left amongst the trees.
